Under Maltese law, the consumption of cannabis is only legally permitted in private areas. Because Ta' Qali is a public space, Festa420 does not legally promote public smoking. We ask our tribe to be mindful, respectful of the laws, and focus on the cultural celebration, the music, and the shared mindset.

No, there will not be any cannabis sales at the festival. In Malta, the legal sale of THC cannabis is exclusively restricted to registered Cannabis Harm Reduction Associations (social clubs). While CBD products can be legally purchased in licensed retail stores, there will be no cannabis vendors on-site at Festa420 as of now. But don't worry—we will have an incredible lineup of food, drinks, and lifestyle vendors to keep you fueled and feeling good!
